Homemade Almond Butter
Easy, delicious and nutritious spread!
I poured about 3 cups of raw almonds into the food processor. And let it run several minutes (approx. 15 mins in my Cuisinart) to get the creamy consistency. I had to scrape the sides 3-4 times in-between. That's it!
I did add about a tea spoon of sea salt, but its optional.
Next on the list - walnut butter!
