Healthy breakfast kababs for kids
Use bamboo or reusable skewers to make kababs of bite sized food. Here I broke down one skewer into 4 pieces to make multi-grain bagel and fruit kababs, and served more fruits on the side. You can use the same idea for any type of food.
My 3 year olds loved the idea and cleaned up their plates in no time and asked for more. Later they reused the skewer bits to make alphabets - kept them entertained for several minutes.
