Occasionally I end up with over-ripe bananas. Instead of throwing them out, I peel & freeze them and later use in many different ways. They are great in milk shakes, cold banana chai, and my kids most favorite - banana ice cream!

Banana ice cream is super easy to make - throw the frozen bananas into a blender and add just a splash of milk to help it turn (No Sugar). Blend until smooth. Serve topped with warm fudge sauce (optional).
